This Privacy Policy applies to all of our applications on Google Play, and to this website.

By using an Application you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree, please stop using the Application and uninstall it.

Any application we publish on Google Play under the developer account "Maps with Addons and Mods for Minecraft PE" that links to this page is covered by this policy, including applications released after the date above.

Important. Our applications are built from a shared codebase but do not all contain the same components. Not every Application uses every partner, permission or feature described below: a feature applies to an Application only if that Application actually includes it. The authoritative, per-application summary of the data that is collected is the Data safety section of each Google Play listing. Where this policy describes something an Application does not do, it simply does not apply to that Application.

Our applications are unofficial fan-made add-on catalogues for Minecraft: Pocket Edition. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or associated with Mojang AB or Microsoft.

2. Information we collect

We do not ask you to create an account. We do not collect your name, postal address, phone number or payment card details. What we do collect is:

Stored only on your device. Your favourites, downloaded add-on files, chosen interface language and similar preferences are stored locally on your device and are not transmitted to us. They are removed when you clear the Application's data or uninstall it.

3. How we use information

4. Advertising

Advertising is what allows us to provide our applications free of charge. We show banner, native, interstitial and rewarded advertisements. Advertising is delivered through Google AdMob and its mediation partners. Depending on the Application and its version, one or more of the following partners may receive your device and advertising identifiers, IP-derived approximate location and ad-interaction data in order to select and measure advertising:

These partners act as independent controllers or as joint controllers for the advertising data they collect, and their own privacy policies govern that processing.

Your advertising choices

5. Analytics and attribution

We use the following services to understand aggregate usage and to attribute installs and ad revenue. Depending on the Application, these are:

6. Purchases and subscriptions

Some Applications offer paid features or auto-renewing subscriptions. Payments are processed by Google Play under its own terms; we do not receive or store payment card data. Subscription state is validated and stored through RevenueCat (revenuecat.com/privacy), which receives a pseudonymous app user ID, device and purchase information. Manage or cancel a subscription in the Google Play account settings on your device.

7. Our own servers

Our applications download their content catalogue and add-on files from our servers at admin.educato-games.com and from content-delivery providers. These requests are transmitted over HTTPS and our server logs contain the IP address, user agent, application version and requested resource, which we use to deliver content, to keep the service secure and to detect abuse. Log data is retained for a limited period and is not used to build user profiles.

8. How we share information

We share the data described above with the advertising, analytics, attribution, payment and hosting providers named in this policy, and with Google as the operator of Google Play, for the purposes described here. We may also disclose information where we are legally required to do so, or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

We do not sell your personal data for money. Under certain laws in the United States, such as the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA, the use of advertising identifiers for personalised advertising may be treated as a "sale" or as "sharing" for cross-context behavioural advertising. If you are a resident of such a state, you may opt out of that sharing by resetting or deleting your advertising identifier and enabling the "opt out of ads personalisation" setting on your device, or by contacting us at the address below. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age.

9. International transfers

We and our partners operate globally, so your data may be processed in countries other than your own, including the United States. Where data originating in the EEA or the UK is transferred outside those areas, the transfer is covered by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, or another lawful transfer mechanism used by the relevant partner.

10. Legal bases (EEA, UK and similar jurisdictions)

11. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you have the right to access the data relating to you, to have inaccurate data corrected, to have your data deleted, to object to or restrict certain processing, to data portability where technically feasible, to withdraw consent at any time, and to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority. In Cyprus this is the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection.

Because we do not operate user accounts, almost all data we process is tied to your device's advertising identifier rather than to your identity. The fastest way to stop and disconnect that processing is to reset or delete your advertising identifier and opt out of ad personalisation in your device settings, and to uninstall the Application. To make a formal request, write to us at the address in section 15 and include the application name and, where possible, your advertising identifier so that we can locate the relevant records. We respond within the period required by applicable law, normally within one month, and we do not charge for a first request.

12. Children's privacy

Our applications are not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country), and they are not part of the Google Play Families programme. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

13. Data retention

We keep data only for as long as it is needed for the purposes described in this policy. Analytics and attribution data is retained in aggregated or pseudonymised form according to the retention settings of the relevant provider, normally between 2 and 26 months; server logs are kept for a short period for security purposes; purchase records are kept for as long as required by tax and accounting law. Data held by our advertising partners is retained according to their own policies.

14. Security and changes to this policy

All traffic between our applications and our servers, and between our applications and our partners, is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect the data we hold.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of the page always reflects the current version. Material changes will be reflected in the Application or its store listing. Continued use of an Application after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
